So many are sharing their personal struggles over the last months. I have been praying for clarity for us all. The angels shared with me what this time is about for Lightworkers. It is about deep excavating of old survival beliefs and healing of the wounds of trying to fit into a world that doesn't really make sense. It's about seeing what makes us feel and behave in certain ways so that we can accept all the parts of ourselves. Only through Awareness and then Acceptance, can we move to Action to change the situations we don't like.

We have been taught to look outside of ourselves for fulfillment. These things we seek to make us fill the hole inside of ourselves or to cover up the hole just make the hole bigger. The more we try to fill it the emptier we feel. The hole is "Am I enough?" It is a hole we all carry within us. Some people's holes are huge and gaping. The only way to fill the hole is to be whole. We become whole by discovering who we are and what our gifts are to share with the world. We become whole by putting down the whip and silencing that voice inside of us that pushes us to keep going when we really need to rest. We become whole by accepting all the parts of ourselves...the good and seeming not so good.

What a fabulous time after the winter hibernation to not only shed our turtlenecks and heavy coats but also to shed our illusions of who we think we should be. It is time to discover our true selves. We each have gifts that no one else has to offer. The angels want me to say it louder...WE EACH HAVE GIFTS THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO OFFER. If we are trying to look like someone else, have a house like someone else, marry someone else, have a job like someone wants us to, be "perfect" ...blah blah. You get it... We have to live the life we were born to live. The life we were born to live is filled with rest and contentment as well as accomplishments. That is the secret to happiness and fulfillment.

Think of how much energy we spend on our regrets, on guilt and shame and on wishing we were better, prettier, richer, or skinnier . God made us all different and so special on purpose, not so we could wish we were like someone else. He/She made us human not so we could feel like failures when we made mistakes but to learn forgiveness and compassion. We have been given the perfect body to fulfill the mission of this lifetime and all the tools we need to surround ourselves with loving relationships and be in a career that is alined with our gifts. Whatever the past has brought us...we needed to experience it. If we ask what the lessons are, we can move from them and manifest the goodness and joy and peace that is our birthright.

The angels say that there are many ways to discover our Authentic Selves. Sit and listen to your inner yearnings. Think of what makes you excited, sad, happy, mad. These are all clues. Journaling is a great way to discover who you are. Think of a friend that feels safe to help you bring out the essence of you. If no one comes to mind...ask the angels to send one. Ask "Who am I?" and most importantly, listen to the answer. The angels say some answers may come immediately and some may come later. Be patient. There is a lot that may be burying the beautiful you. Just by your requesting to discover your Higher self, many blessings will come.

If we choose to, we are embarking on a life long journey. As we discover who we are, remember that we are constantly changing. Who you are today may be different tomorrow. You can try all that life has to offer instead of limiting your choices by judgements of what is the right thing or wrong thing by someone else's standards. Can you sense the freedom of truly living each moment feeling enough? Not more than others or less than others...ENOUGH. It is the absolute truth. YOU ARE ENOUGH. In fact you are so much more than just enough. Take a deep breath and take in that peace....

The angels came up with a contract and if you are guided you can print it out and walk beside me on this journey. Let me know if you are doing it as I would love to see how many of us will do this. There is so much more power when we join together to heal.

I, ________________________, begin on this day, ___________________ a conscious journey to discover my Authentic self, the self that God created me to be. I release past traumas to the angels and ask that only the lessons remain in my consciousness. I am on a journey to discover my gifts and talents. I accept all the parts of me equally. I know that it is safe for me to be me in every moment. I accept my body as the perfect house for my spirit. I remember that I am more than enough in every moment. I ask God, the Angels, my Guides and my earthly friends to remind me of this truth and to walk beside me on this journey.
