Here we are...summer is here. This has been a world wind time for many. Lots of changes. Lots of feelings coming up to be healed and released. Lots of ego trying to hold on. Lots of releasing not just for ourselves but for many. The angels tell me the changes will continue. So many of us have had a rough winter so the warmth and sunshine feel so welcome. This is a time to connect to Mother Earth more than ever. Get outside. The birds, animals, flowers and trees are calling us. I have a huge hawk living in my neighborhood and he keeps calling me out to see him as he flies through my yard. I am in awe of his power, strength and beauty.

If you are feeling emptiness, know that it is the place where so much healing happens. Allow yourself to just be there. Resisting being there and guilting ourselves about why we're there will only keep us there longer. Reach out to others on the path. I feel so clearly that we are all in this shifting together. If one is struggling we're all struggling. So it is important to support each other. So much of the process I'm seeing is about non-judgement of self and others. Know that we are all one. Know that the emptiness passes and on the other side of it is so much clarity and hope.

The most important thing again...I feel like a broken record ...is living in joy. That is where the manifestation magic will happen. Also, being so mindful of your thoughts and words. Remember we create our reality through our thoughts and words...so if you look around and don't like what you see, it's time to recreate. There are no victims. My newest affirmation is "I am peace-full and joy-full in every moment and every situation." That is my goal, to be filled with peace and joy no matter what the circumstances. Like the rainbow children that are coming that will be able to walk into the hurricane and not be affected.

The book, "Ask and it is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks is wonderful at teaching how to manifest and live in joy. I am doing one of the processes in the book where you deposit $1000 into a manifestation account and you spend the money that day by writing out checks. The next day you have $2000 to spend and everyday the money increases by $1000. I'm going to be spending $13,000 today.

How does that shift your consciousness from lack to abundance? Your brain and mind don't know the difference between imagining or spending the money at the store. It is so much fun buying my husband and kids gifts, paying off my addition and giving thousands of dollars to charities. You can feel the shift. Try it right now.....

Now spend a few minutes imagining receiving a check for $13,000. Think of what fun things you would do with it. How does that feel in your body?

We are aware of so much that many are not aware of due to our sensitivity. Sometimes it feels very heavy. We need to be vigilant with self care. But,the angels say it's ok to walk into the abyss. The feelings won't hurt you. Avoiding them, feeling guilty about them, punished or less than will hurt you. Feeling the feelings, crying, being right in that moment is so healing and cleansing. The emptiness passes if we allow it a little space. Then the gratitude and peace come in and fill that hole. It takes so much energy to hold back and stuff down our feelings.

The angels ask us to trust the process. To stop worrying about the past and the future and live in this moment in joy...no matter what the circumstances. It is a magical time. We have a choice...Trust and do what makes us happy and joyful. Or live in fear and worry and run from one thing to the next. Which do you choose? Love or fear....peace or pain? I choose love, joy and peace today. Just by walking a little slower, breathing a little deeper, being mindful a bit more, and asking for help from our angels, our lives are changing in beautiful, dramatic ways, gently and easily.
