We are going to beautiful Sedona Mago Retrea t for our next Pilgrimage, which is an amazing space that is so aligned with our evolution. The energy of Mago, which means Mother Earth in Korean, is healing, loving, powerful and so tangible. The wonderful staff, land, food, lake, waterfalls, horses, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, stars and red rocks will take your breath away. It is another Sedona piece of heaven. And the trip cost is $100 less than the previous years. YAY! Money comes in many ways.

The weather in August in Sedona is more comfortable than in New England, as it is in the mountains. It is in the high 80's during the day without humidity, and 60's in the morning and night My intention for the group is to create a space of community, reflection, healing and empowerment through Ki Gong yoga classes, a Self-Awareness and Acceptance Workshop I'll facilitate, a Starlight Meditation, Spirit Walks, and many other opportunities to share and grow. There will be time to gather as well as time to explore all that Mago Retreat has to offer in your own way.

Price Includes: 4 nights stay in shared accommodations with bathrooms in each room, Daily full course fresh vegetarian meals including fish and eggs (12 meals total), Guided Tour of Mago Retreat Center, Ki Gong/Yoga classes, Self Awareness/ Acceptance and Love Workshop facilitated by Jackie, Guided Starlight Meditation, Nightly Spirit Walks, Releasing Ceremony,Use of all facilities including Zen Meditation Lake on a heart chakra vortex, Waterfalls, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with full Red Rock views, starry nights, organic garden, hiking, Horse ranch, Shi Sun Dei Mountain to climb that overlooks Mago, an informative Brain Education museum and a wonderful Gift shop to explore.

What is not included: Transportation to Sedona Mago Retreat Center

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is 2.5 hours from Sedona Mago Retreat and then rent a car at the airport or take a shuttle. Email for information on shuttle.

Day 1 Thurs 8/19	Afternoon 2-5pm Dinner 7pm	Arrive at Mago Retreat Center and check in. Gather to meet the group, set intentions and Spirit Walk under the stars.
Day 2 Fri	Ki Gong/Yoga Breakfast Morning Lunch Afternoon Dinner 7pm	Energizes body, mind and Spirit Mago Guided Tour Explore Mago on own Releasing Ceremony
Day 3 Sat	Breakfast Morning Lunch Afternoon Dinner 7pm	Self Awareness/ Acceptance and Love Workshop Explore Mago on own Guided Starlight Meditation with Ki Gong/yoga to ground and center
Day 4 Sun	Ki Gong/Yoga Breakfast Morning Lunch Afternoon Dinner 7pm	Day of processing....visit the horses, walk barefoot around the Meditaiton garden, swim in the pool, hike, rest, visit vortexes or Sedona. Continue enjoying beautiful Mago Retreat Center or Sedona. Gather, sharing, Closing Ceremony
Day 5 Mon 8/23	Breakfast Morning Lunch Travel home	Time to bring our cleared, recharged, renewed, empowered selves back home with our new tools and all the energy of this incredible land, and love that we've gathered to share with our families and the world.
